History

For over 16 years Citra Utama provides laundry services to several critically acclaimed and internationally recognized hotels in the Karangasem region of southeast Bali. Our customers have always been happy and satisfied with the quality we deliver.

We would be happy to also provide these services to your hotel or company.


  


Our manager and the company's goal

The operational manager of Citra Utama is Ni Nyoman Sari Dewi. She is devoted to keep the quality of service at a high level to fully satisfy the customers needs.
Regular qualtiy assurance checks and operational meetings ensure that the provided service is consistent and within today's standards.
